1. 岗位职责
- 根据本公司设备、工艺和产品特点，确定相关模具的详细技术要求；
- 与产品研发人员协作，完成模具的全部设计；
- 参与和/或独立承担某些项目产品研发和设计工作；
- 全程跟踪模具加工制造，及时发现和解决问题，严格控制制作周期，认真完成模具验收；
- 与生产部门协作，参与模具首次使用和产品打样，提供技术支持，实现模具确认；
- 负责现有模具的管理，包括建档、保管、维护和改进等；
- 评估并管理现有模具加工商，继续寻找潜在加工商，保证生产需求；
- 对模具研发成本实施全过程控制；
- 了解本行业各类模具制造技术及进展，保证本公司技术优势；
- 按照ISO9001/14001标准要求，建立健全相关文件和制度，使模具研发工作符合质量体系要求；
- 上级交办的其他工作。

2. 任职要求
（1）机械等相关专业大专及以上学历，模具设计与制造专业为佳；
（2）相关工作经验至少2-3年；
（3）精通各类绘图软件；
（4）熟悉模具开发的全过程，熟悉模具的制造工艺；
（5）责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
（6）一定的英语阅读和口语能力；
（7）能熟练操作电脑。
