1.lead logistics, production and quality depts in order to reach the operation budget and targets
2.introduce lean manufacturing and continuously optimize process and improve productivity
3.continuously reduce possible material and manufacturing cost
4.new production launch and introduction
5.set and improve procedures and projects management
6.liaison between factory with oversea inter-company customers regarding delivery and raw material import
7.Review reports on manufacturing activities, KPIs and initiates corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, 8.Plan and direct manufacturing layout, work flow, assembly methods, equipment and work-force utilization to achieve production and service goals defined by top management
9.Manage and oversee plant day-to-day manufacturing process
10.Manage and train junior managers and a team of production staff
11.Coordinate with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs for operation
