2. Set up standard production process, standard time
确定生产流程，标准时间和生产线流程
3. Set up plan to optimize the operation and cost down
建立和实施优化运行方案，降低成本
4. Production process price set up

5. Marker making

Requirements:
要求：
1. 3+ years working experience in garment
三年以上服装工厂生产部工作经验
2. Be familiar with production process and splitting garment technically, creative and cost-mind
对服装工艺拆分、生产流程较熟练，有创新和成本意识
3. Experience on standard working hours, unit price of makeup, productivity
具有一定的IE及生产管理人员的培训能力，对标准工时、工价、产能确定有一定经验
4. Good analysis and problem-solving ability
良好的分析和解决问题的能力
5. Good at communication, coordination and operation, work hard
良好的沟通、协调与执行能力，能吃苦耐劳
