1. Initiate a purchasing plan, purchase materials (direct and indirect) according to sales order, sales forecast and inventory and ensure products can be delivered to customer on time delivery;

2. Develop or find applicable supplier to satisfy the requirement of products, production capacity or new project;

3. Request quotations from suppliers, prepare terms and conditions of the contract or order to the approved suppliers;

4. Control purchasing cost effectively and monitor the supplier performance in delivery and quality control;

5. Arrange import and export customs clearance and transportation (including local transportation) for goods;

6. Customs logbook management and bonded goods management;

7. Forwarder and broker management, responsible for freight cost control and forwarder service level;

8.Responsible for management of warehouse routing job to ensure the support to production and customer requirement;

9. Conduct receiving, storage, and distributing and shipping activities timely and correctly and ensure inventory data are maintained in Push system timely and correctly;

10. Responsible for 5S monitoring, implementation and improvement in warehouse area;

11. Conduct monthly cycle count and support yearly cycle count;

12. Improve the process to increase the efficiency.
