Customer Services Supervisor (Jiangsu Province)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Administration
Ensure that all ‘controlled’ relocations are effectively administered through an adherence to the procedures detailed within the Move Management and global mobility processes - and client commitments.
? Ensure the Crown KPI’s, as outlined in contracts and Service Level Agreements are met and or exceeded.
? Ensure that all ‘controlled’ relocations are effectively administered in alignment with corporate client specific business objectives.
? Ensure that all files (electronic or hard copy) are maintained and updated with work in progress and any other information updates.
? Where applicable ensure that all related account IT platforms / portals are kept updated and current.
? Where applicable process invoices accurately, ensuring job costing is completed correctly and within the timescales set. Collate all necessary information from clients to enable invoice accuracy.
? Actively promote and cross-sell Crown’s full scope of services to an existing portfolio of accounts in accordance with the Branch Business Plan.
? Corporate Services performs as a team. It is expected that all team members play a strong role in the team to support other team members to continually improve services and working practices. It is required that all members undertake all duties to ensure as a Team the Department achieves expected timelines and outcomes. This includes filing, data entry, account reviews etc.
Customer Services
? Act as the primary point of contact and coordinator for a designated, but flexible, portfolio of accounts balancing the corporate account’s policy with the transferee’s relocation needs. Acting as a mediator between the corporate decision maker, transferee and the applicable Crown office or service providers.
? Where applicable present service quotations to designated corporate account contacts and negotiate effectively with the objective of maximizing the percentage of quotations accepted by the corporate client, whilst retaining an acceptable profit margin as set by the State Manager.

? Other Adhoc duties as assigned by the Manager

? Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
? Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
? Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher or equivalent.
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
? Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Qualifications
? Experience in a Relocation and Global Mobility Services environment
? Secondary education certificate, or equivalent (preferred)
