Main functions

1. Act as a Cashier for Company Bank payment, petty cash handling and other reimbursement like company credit card monthly reimbursement.

2. Prepare cash count on monthly basis.

3. Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation, and cash reconciliation.

4. Responsible for employee expense reimbursement.

5. Responsible for payment document preparation to Bank and arrange payment notice every month.

6. In charge of Master data management for E-banking.

7. Ensure that payments are accurately and completely posted in SAP.

8. Responsible for Vouchers filing and contract filing, voucher printed.

9. Other work assigned by Finance Manager.
