Job Summary:
-) Takes note of patient complaints, and works with direct management to implement methods to correct these.
-) Maintains safe and clean work environment, furnishings and equipment for patients.
-) Liaise with other clinics to direct patients, sent Medical Records and courier lab tests. Generate charges based on physician 'encounter' / billing form.
-) Reconcile and log cash collected daily.
-) Respond to requests for patient information from Admin as requested.
-) Prepare deferred payment form as instructed by clinic manager or if requested by patient.
-) Ensure accurate recording of patient charges and insurance claim generation.
-) Verify/pre-certificate the insurance package.
-) Act as Cashier in the clinic front desk.
-) Other ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications:
-) College degree or above, minimum 1 year relevant working experience (working experience in health care industry would be a plus;Insurance Claims experience is a bonus).
-) Fluent listening, speaking and written English and/or Japanese (other languages are a bonus), computer literate.
-) Effective Communication Skill & Teamwork Spirit, Customer focus.
-) Always to details, good customer service attitude and skills.
-) Medical background preferred.
