Key Responsibilities主要职责：
1. Maintain lean scorecard. Work with leadership Team to prioritize and assign improvement efforts
精益打分表的维护，与公司领导层一起指定或确定改善项目的优先顺序。
2. Facilitate kaizen events. Focus on Flow, QCD and 5S
推动改善项目的进行。关注流程的改进，质量，成本，交期和5S
3. Facilitate lean training opportunities.
负责公司内部精益知识的推广及外部精益知识汲取。
4. Implement 6 sigma tools as a means of data driven problem solving.
利用六西格玛工具来解决实际问题
5. Assist with Customer Audits and tours.
对客户的参观及审核给予协助
Qualifications任职资格：
1. Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience in lean manufacturing environment
制造或工业工程相关专业或精益制造相关工作经验，大专或本科文凭。
2. In depth knowledge of 5S, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma
精通5S，TPM，SMED，Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma相关知识
3. 5+ years hands-on electronics manufacturing experience involving formal process improvement (leading a Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, Lean or Six Sigma events).
五年以上电子制造业的实践经验，包括工艺改进（主要为改善，5S，TPM,快速切换技术，精益或六西格玛事项）
4. Exceptional communication skills, superior coaching and training skills
拥有特出的沟通技巧，优越的指导，培训技能
5. Strong ability to think outside the box, to adapt to new ways of thinking
有跳出固有思维模式，接受新鲜想法的能力
6. Proven ability to identify and resolve operational problems
辨别和解决实际操作中出现的问题的能力
7. Technical knowledge of the PCBA process is priority.
PCBA工艺方面的技术知识优先考虑
8. Fluent English is must
流利的英语口语
