Designer – Print & Digital Publications

Competencies
Able to manage the entire publication process including prepress and printing
Able to keep up with tight printing deadlines
Proficient in Mac Creative Suite
Experience in creating original advertisements and illustrations for marketing promotion
Experience in the process of creating digital publications
Proficient in both Chinese and English, and good cross-culture teamwork
Understanding of ePub format for mobile publishing a plus

Responsibilities
1.Design Asia Briefing Ltd. publication products and marketing materials and ensure consistency with predetermined style guidelines
Design templates for various publication products
Plan all graphics for the publications and marketing materials, including recruiting magazine cover contributions
Create new advertisements and confirm advertisement type and accuracy with marketing and business development staff before publication
Create digital publications
2.Create CIS and marketing promotion materials
CIS: Logo, brochure, name card, letter, envelop, e-mail signature, paper bag, mug, etc.
Advertisement: Company’s advertisement for both publication and website promotion
Events and Exhibits: banner, poster, leaflet, e-mail flyer, etc.
3.Coordinate printing of all products by checking color samples, choosing printing materials, ensuring delivery to offices/clients, resolving print issues
4.Collaborate with IT team on layout updating of newsletters and websites
5.Manage the graphic designer’s workload; distributing and recruiting for new work when necessary
