Job Responsibility
1. Generation and optimization of, Placement, Reflow Programs associated with NPI & ECO
2. Training Associate Engineers and technicians across all shifts & equipment, including pre-emptively with new equipment, to ensure production efficiency is maintained
3. Ensure the Calibration & Preventive Maintenance Systems are maintained up-to-date at all times
4. Provide input to SMT DFM reviews for NPIs
5. Co-ordination of the commissioning & validation of new SMT line equipment
6. Support RFQ Engineer in assessing SMT capacity & capability requirements.
7. Project management and task management skills that include the ability to plan, prioritize, organize, gather facts, prepare schedules, document procedures and processes, and exercise sound judgment in decision making.
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree. Above 5 years experience in SMT equipment in EMS industry.
2. Proficient in Siemens equipment placement and programming.
3. Experience on DEK Printers, Siemens/Fuji Placement, BTU Reflow & Orbotech/Cyber Optics AOI a considerable advantage, along with technical flexibility and adaptability to encompass to-be equipment.
4. Good knowledge on ISO9001/ISO13485 and FDA
5. Well writing and speaking English, able to communicate with customer directly in oral English.
6. Teamwork, good communication skills and certain leadership.
