SUMMARY:
Responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining methods and operation sequences both at Incoming and Outgoing QA processes. Ensures on-time delivery of products through proper planning, leading, organizing, and controlling. Ensures production support in the manufacture of product is given at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures formulation, implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems of the plant..
2. Provides continuous control and monitoring on assigned work maintaining a consistent flow of activities related to QMS : Internal quality Audits, trainings, Certification Bodies, and management reviews.
3. Supervises DCC Clerk and personnel assigned based on function and as required in the organization chart and monitors performances on the following indicators:
? Quality
? Productivity
? Attendance
? Punctuality
? Attitude and Behavior
4. Coordinates with support groups on the effectiveness and continual improvement of the QMS.
5. Ensures the timely distribution of all related documents to the QMS including external origin
Documents and implementation.
6. Interfaces and communicates with CB’s, government and other agencies on QEMS matters.
7. Participater in 8D’s, work with CFT on PCP, PFMEA.
8. Coordinates with training section on the flexibility training to all subordinate.
9. Motivates and raises subordinates ’ morale to improve quality and productivity.
10. Maintains a clear and orderly work environment to achieve high quality work standards.
11. Imposes disciplinary actions to unproductive and erring subordinates
12. Identifies/recommends training needed by direct reports. Coordinates with HR for the conduct of training to improve teammates’ skills/competence.
13. Leads team in continual improvement activities
14. Others as defined applicable by the immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS:
? Graduate of a 4 or 5-year course, preferably B.S. Engineering, or an adequate work experience as approved by top management.
? A preferable minimum related work experience of 1-4 years. A Master’s degree may substitute for the experience requirement.
? Knowledge in SPC, ISO-9000/.TS16949,ISO14001，ISO13485, ESD, QC Tools and Problem-Solving Techniques.
? Working knowledge in Microsoft office applications specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Good verbal and written communication skills.
? Good interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
