Job Summary:
1. Charge for production process define and maintenance.
2. Deal with production engineer issues. Lead a team to solve some engineering topic.
3. Training and direct engineers and technicians.
4. Improve and optimize production line, improve production affectivity.
5. Communicate with customer, improving customer satisfaction.
6. New production introduces and Set up new production line.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Keeping production line running smoothly.
2. Solving production problem quickly and efficiently.
3. Using internal process to control production quality, make sure no defects produced.
4. Training engineers and technicians,
5. Optimize and improve production line.
6. Prepare and maintenance production devices and tools.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical/Material Engineering, electronics engineering, or related.
2. 3+ years work experiences of mechanics design and manufacturing for plastic and metal parts, new product introduction experience is preferred.
3. Perfect knowledge on mechanics related standard/requirement, and EMI containment techniques, good knowledge on material selection and manufacture process.
4. Lean or 6 sigma experience is perfect.
5. Fluent English in speaking and writing, teamwork,
6. Do efficient communication with team, with other internal department and customer.
