职位描述
Requirment:
1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering
2.ISO9000 knowledge base
3.Good communication and negotiation skill
4.Have working experience in EMS industry, in material sourcing or engineering related position.
5.Team work spirit or cross function coordination capability
6.Have cable or PCB commodity knowledge
Responsibility:
1.Responsible for the development, recommendation, and execution of optimal sourcing strategies.
2.Develop a technical, statistical and fundamental assessment for cable and PCB commodity.
3.Lead commercial terms and conditions negotiations with approved suppliers.
4.Supplier chain performance improvement, eg: replenishment and flexibility agreement, lead time and MOQ reduction.
5.Cost Management to meet the target cost reduction goal.
6.Support on inventory management associated with the strategic commodities to avoid additional expense or shortage to the company.
7.Analysis of commodity risk positions reported to multiple levels of the organization
8.Develop plans resulting in cost savings, synergies, quality improvements and supply chain efficiencies
9.Supplier contractual management.
10.Build up good relationship with suppliers.
