Project Manager

任职要求：
Minimum Graduate Engineer specializing in electronics and/or electromechanical devices (mechatronics);
+5 years post graduate experience in the electronics and/or automotive business;
Significant customer/supplier interface experience;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
Ability to cooperate with multiple parties – customers, suppliers, other company departments;
Balanced HW and SW skills;
Familiarity of vehicle software calibration process;
Experience related to vehicle electrical and software integration;
Knowledge of electronics design process, from concept to fabrication;
Knowledge of electronic test equipment and measurement techniques;
Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.


职位职责：
Demonstrate leadership qualities, work independently without direct supervision;
Have thorough knowledge of the products, with emphasis on electrical/electronic content;
Make presentations to customers to promote the technology;
Interface with customers to ensure application requirements are understood and fulfilled;
Provide support and technical expertise to customers to ensure smooth launch of products;
Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensure deadlines are met;
Execute vehicle calibration campaigns related to the products;
Maintain constant bidirectional communication with the design teams globally;
Provide support to LAC manufacturing team relevant to product electrical content;
Interface with suppliers;
Be able to manage concurrent projects;
