KEY Responsibilities:
1. Develop the quality control policy for Cuscapi
2. Manage the Cuscapi software testing domain
3. Ensure the quality of the testing related deliveries – right from Static testing (ie. Requirements reviews) up to Dynamic testing.
4. Coordinate the test strategy and plan with project managers and others
5. Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the test resources
6. Assessing the test progress and effectiveness of the test effort
7. Advocating the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important Defects (ie. incident management)
8. Participant in QA continuous improvement on the testing processes and practices; review and align with the Industry Best Practices
9. Assess and develop the competencies of the testing Team
10. Engage and manage the key stakeholders (Some at very senior levels)

SKILLS & ATTTRIBUTES:
1. Minimum 10 years of Testing and /or Software development experience
2. Minimum 5 years of test management and / or project management experience
3. People/ team management experience of over 20 staff
4. Excellent communication / articulation and inter-personnel skills; and abilities to deal with senior stakeholders. (Especially in English)
5. Experience in managing small to large-scale projects and working with multi-cultural environment
6. Knowledge and experience of recognised quality assurance frameworks (eg. CMMI or ISO)
7. Knowledge and experience in Test Management and scripting tools (eg. HP QC and QTP or SilkCentral and SilkTest)

Desirable:
1. Food & Beverage, Retail and Automotive Industry experience
2. Software Testing Industry Certification
3. Domain knowledge of Food & Beverage applications – eg: POS systems, Mobile Application (ie. Tablets), Automotive services
