Accountabilities:

­ Support Security and Risk Manager to verify policy and premium under the guidance of Group RISK Pole

­ Coordinate with local security authorities for special requests from global account;

­ Assist in allocating the annual premium on basis of departmental claim records and indemnifications;

­ Regarding to certain case, provide necessary advice and suggestion to other Departments or BD/ KA teams;

­ Investigate the case and provide prompt reply and notice on basis of outcome and root cause;

­ As per insured condition, trigger claim process and argue with insurer;

­ Provide annual training and monthly F&Q to all operation depts.

Requirements:

­ Minimum 2 years' working experience in logistics industry;

­ Knowledge of trucking & domestic transportation;

­ Must be a quick learner, works under pressure;

­ Good presentation and communication skills;

­ Demonstrate proficient English communication skill both on writing and speaking;

­ Good command of PC skills: word, excel, PPT, email and internet etc.
