Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above with major in Chemical or Medical or Industrial /Occupational Hygiene related field;
- More than 3 years related experience in a multinational manufacturing company;
- Familiar with laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus in EHS area;
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills.
- Industrial /Occupational Hygiene background or Industrial Ventilation experience is preferred;

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and communicate with government agency to obtain the necessary permit related to EHS for the plant operation;
- Coordinate the implementation of TE IH procedure and program in Suzhou Plant;
- Lead Site IH monitoring and hazard communication program;
Work with Occupational Health to implement Medical Surveillance based on local regulation and TE requirements.
- Lead Site chemical, dust, noise exposure assessment by working with Engineering/Production function.
- Participate in IH related projects to help controlling and reducing workplace chemical, noise, ergonomics exposure.
- Able to lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive action develop and follow-up with other responsible
- Daily maintenance of ISO14001, OHSAS18001
