Responsibility:
1. Manage and administer global Engineering change and keep ongoing tracking list updated daily
2. Interact with CCB members and QA document management personnel to resolve document conflicts and answer document submission questions
3. Maintenance Enterprise items in Infor system
4. Work directly and closely with engineering staff to provide technical support to sales Engineer
5. Manage distribution of new drawings and Bill Of Material
6. Create and administer CO for R&D samples and testing
7. Responsible for examining document requirements, technical design documents, test reports and test summary and maintenance CN package
8. Assist in developing and improving processes and procedures related to documentation responsibilities
9. Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure that CR/CN convey the correct information
10. Performs additional related duties as requested or required
11. Demonstrate good time management and prioritization skills by responding positively to and meeting submittal deadlines.

Requirement:
1. Documentation control experience preferred with work experiences in manufacturing engineering or equivalent field
2. Education in Pro/E and Auto-CAD 2010 or later
3. Good English communication skills
4. ERP,PDM(Windchill/Teamcenter/Smarteam) experience preferred
5. Competency in standard office computer programs including the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, WinZip
6. Graduated from 985 or 211 schools, fluid machinery, Mechanical technician degree or similar background is preferred
