职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Approve product and process design is in accordance with Lean indicators and site capability.
2. Ensure supply chain and customer logistics processes are in place and meet requirements.
3. Ramp up preparation and management; ensure direct labor availability for builds.
4. Champion DFM/DFA activities in program team.
5. *** Run at Rate support and validation.
6. Check integrity of Launch List Data, G54 audit, 11 Colors audit and Mistake proofing audit.
7. Local communication plan.
8. Validate financial performance matches business case.
9. Operations Risk and contingency planning.
10. Manage a local launch team with SDE, APQP, AME, etc.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Must have high level technical ability.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in operation background.
4. Proven experience in program management preferably in an automotive environment.
5. Must be able to interface at a senior level internal @ external
6. Fluent English.
