Your Task:
· Manage the external (supplier) complaint management (8D- report).
· Setting up and maintaining contacts and relations with the global supply base mainly. Clarification of quality problems with the supplier in the case of complaints and ensuring the carrying out of containments, root cause analysis and implementation of solutions/corrective actions. Manage the escalation to de-escalation.
· Evaluate, present and track supplier quality data.
· Support supplier development & improvement activities
· Support quality assurance agreements with suppliers.
· Manage cooperation with service providers


Your Profile:
· Thorough knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 7 quality tools, Ishikawa, MSA,SPC, PPAP, sampling plan, complaint & escalation process, etc.
· Completed your studies in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering related to DRX production parts.
· At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry, interior production technologies
· Excellent knowledge of existing quality standards, such as TS16949, ISO9000ff, VDA …
· Certified Auditor (VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3 or DIN EN ISO 9001 or TS16949)
· Fluent Communication in English and Chinese is must , German is a plus
· Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in managing suppliers as well in critical situations
· Very strong power and confidence to push global suppliers to take action for any quality issues.
· Good knowledge of existing office tools, Quality Software (QSYS)
