2.At least 8+ years of working experience in mechanical industry and 3+ years of leadership
3.In-depth knowledge of mechanical techniques

1. Be responsible for production management including production daily planning and work force allocation to ensure to complete customer orders with high quality, efficiency and safety;
2. Lead to review/reschedule detailed production plans according to weekly plan reviews, material income status.
3. Issue production plan according to the main project schedule.
4. Lead to review/optimize Material request plan according to the production plan and the materials lead time.
5. Lead to review capacity with production supervisors to ensure all of production orders are closed on time according to the order status.
6. Lead planning function to eliminate/minimize backlog and safety stock concerns.
7. Lead Daily Production meetings to improve and develop communication channels cross functions continually:;
8. Ensure that machines and equipments are well maintained and clean to meet production needs
9. Identify Training Needs of Staff and Opportunities /assignments for Development to improve whole team ability;
10. Act as mentor both on a formal and informal manner to develop and maintain a team-based approach within the Product dept.
11. Complete performance appraisals and mid-year reviews in a timely manner.
12. Cultivate and maintain a sense of urgency and customer focus within Product tea .
