Diploma or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or IE;
大专以上，机械工程学或工业工程专业
More than 5 years’ work experience in process technic, and 2 years management experience;
5年以上的工艺工作经验，2年以上的管理经验。
?Manage/improve printing/assembly/dispensing process to reach the producing request.
管理和提升CRP印刷、组装、泵头的工艺以满足生产的要求。
?Establish new process and to evaluate the benefit of manual/automation for new product。
为新产品制定生产工艺，以及评估手工和自动化生产的效益。
?Participates actively in IE/Automation project. Ensures compliance of standards and regulations.
积极参与IE和自动化项目，确保遵守标准和规则。
?Provide technical support to project engineer and train technician
给项目工程师提供技术支持，培训技师。
?New production line lay out design, prepare SOP for production department;
新产品生产线的规划设计，给生产部门提供SOP。
?Participate the problems analysis during the production, prepare corrective and preventive action plan;
在生产过程中参与问题分析，准备正确的和预防性的行动计划。
?Find and manage continual improvement projects;
找出并管理持续改进项目。
?Improve continuously productivity in production in order to reduce our production costs, optimize production routines, decrease scraps;
为了减少我们的生产成本，持续提高生产线的生产效率。优化生产、减少报废品。
?Other tasks assigned by manager.
