2.两年以上相关行业工作经验，熟练操作冲压机设备,看懂图纸，熟悉冲压制造工艺
3.能独立架模和调模,了解基础的模具结构
4.具有一定的电阻焊或电阻钎焊经验
5.熟悉机械工装夹具的调节
6.有自动线操作经验佳,能调试简单的送料机
7.良好的质量意识，熟练使用各种常见量具。
