1. True and honest in personality in the fields of finance, accounting, task performance and report presentation to the HQ, and hard-working and active in materialing the target of the project;

2. Experienced in the various aspects of the management of an enterprise with comprehensive organizing and leading capability;

3. Good knowledge of the automobile industry, especially in the special purpose vehicle sweepers, including technology / production / equipments / market / sales and related laws and regulations issued by the State;

4. Good knowledge of the market of the SPVs in China, good knowledge of the purchase sequences and market demand with good connections to the customers – the municipal administration organs of various cities – especially on the sweeper vehicles. Most desirably somebody with rich and direct experiences and skills in the sales of the sweepers , most desirable somebody from the existing sweeper industry;

5. Good knowledge of the chassis and engine manufacturers for good matching of the final SPV products for providing excellent performance to the customers;

6. Good knowledge of the major SPV manufacturers in China as the competitors and their products;

7. Strict and precise working style and strong sense of working deciplines;

8. Good English communication capability in speaking and writing;

9. Good education background graduated from university majored in mechanics engineering;
