Major Responsibilities:
？ Negotiate with supplier to get the best price for engineering change
？ Lead the engineering change implementation for the SOP components
？ Maintain the PMD database for all the SOP components change related activities
？ Maintain the components PO for SOP components
？ Lead to solve the commercial issue for SOP components
？ Support to solve the delivery and quality issue for SOP components
？ Maintain the relationship between plant operations and suppliers
？ Manage service parts availability, negotiating prices, looking for new sources if original source not available overtime

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
？ Bachelor degree
？ Able to function independently with minimal supervision & technical guidance
？ Good negotiation skills & strong English skills.
？ Good oral and written communication skills.
？ Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
？ Good organization and documentation abilities.
？ Ability to read blueprints and understand basic engineering documents.
？ Knowledge of commodities, materials and products being purchased.
？ High analytical ability in complex situations.
？ Knowledge of Purchasing strategies & skills
？ Skilled in computer programs: word, excel, power point
？ Familiar with QAD/ERP/SAP system is preferred

Experience:
？ At least 2yrs of purchasing experience in the automotive industry
