College degree, 5 years experience in die design and high stamping relative work
Communication skill/ process management/ logical thinking and analytical mind

Responsibilities:
Policies and Procedures(10%)
Follow new/updated department policies, procedures in order to meet company's requirement.
New Die Development (Design/Assembly/conditioning before mass production)(60%)
Focus on the new die design and development;
Make the new die drawing and control the development schedule of dies;
Complete the die trial run in vendor side or in plant;
Work with product and production team to submit the OK samples for FAI pass, arrange the PPK running, and release the new die;
Provide technical support about dies for the terminals in mass production.
Mass production Die improvement(20%)
Provide technical support for the dies in mass production
Die engineering control(10%)
Coordinate TS16949 relative documents and keep in engineering net memory in order to meet the requirement from TS16949 system
