I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /JOB DUTIES:

1.	Management concerning daily production plan and ensure that the product is manufactured in compliance with the production plan. 日常生产计划管理保证计划的产品是符合计划的。
2.	Make good use of equipment, material and manpower to finish the production order issued by planner with high quality and on time delivery. 通过合理使用人机料法完成生产计划安排的符合质量要求的满足及时交货的生产订单。
3.	Arrange and update personnel and equipment capacity efficiently and effectively according to demand. 合理安排及更新人工及机器的能力产能，效率。有效的满足能力需求。
4.	Ensure that all production system and equipment are run within safety regulations Control production costs. 确保所有的生产系统及设备均安全运行，生产成本控制。
5.	Tooling management and scrap control 模具管理及报废控制。
6.	Communicate with other departments to find and feedback potential issue, and raise improvement suggestion. 与其他部门沟通，发现并回馈潜在问题点，并提供改善建议。
7.	Workshop management, including 5S, discipline, etc 车间管理，包括5S，纪律等。
8.	The management of workshop material, including monitor the usage of production material, wastage rate and WIP 车间物料管理，包括物料使用的监控，消耗率及WIP控制。
9.	Management concerning operators working training 员工培训的管理。
10.	Team work and motivate operators to achieve company target 团队合作，激励员工达到公司目标。
11.	Establish TPM & PM system based on ISO9001 and ISO14001. 基于ISO体系建立TPM&PM系统。

III. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

1. A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering or related

2. At least 8 years experience in a foreign manufacturing environment of mechanical parts or metal plate manufacturing, with above 5 years’ experience at a managerial role for team of above 400 person, be familiar with production planning, quality management and lead manufacturing.
