DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任描述
1. To ensure that all materials, supplies, services are purchased from the approved supplier at or below budget price and the most competitive terms possible.
2. To manage the Purchasing function which include delegating work to and controlling the work execution of Purchasing staff in a manner consistent with set policies and procedures.
3. To buy without prejudice, seeking to obtain the maximum ultimate value for each rmb of expenditure.
4. Ensure shipping and its clearance for import and export materials at the lowest cost possible.
5. Well handle any works assigned by superiors.
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Strong self-motivation
3. 5+ years of purchasing or logistic experience and FMCG industry preferred
4. Able to work under pressure
5. Team player
6. Able to travel to the cities in the area
7. Good PPT and MS office user
8. Have a good command of English
