职位描述
? To ensure a cohesive and well operating plant management team including Safety, production, Manufacture Process, Purchasing, Inventory Control, 6 Sigma, Warehousing and Distribution, Supervision, Reporting, Logistics, Quality Systems, and other functions as a general manager. .
? Direct accountability for planning, defining, and developing strategic and business objectives in accordance with corporate objectives, implementing action plans to obtain objectives, tracking and monitoring performance, and providing corrective action when needed;
? Direct and oversee all day to day activity for the operations including all functions. Meets all corporate productivity standards as well as ensuring that all quality and safety standards are met and get good Customer Fill Rate;
? Develop manufacturing plans, budgets, capital expenditure proposals and submits them to Business Leader for approval and responsible for performing all operations within strict adherence to the fiscal year budget and business plan, achieve good P&L statement.
? Responsible for manage of a plant Environment, Health , Safety(EHS);
? As the Legal Representative, he/She will represent the plant in its relationships with major customers, bankers, government bodies, professional societies and similar groups.
