MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1.University degree or above in science (chemistry, food, pharmaceutical, microbiology) or related discipline with 3 years’ experience, preferably 1 year in the nutritional/food/pharmaceuticals industry
2.Direct experience in the dossier management for Master Formulate, quality Specifications and test method is preferred
Special Knowledge
1.Knowledge of regulatory requirements plus those of Codex is highly desirable
2.Dairy process understanding
Skill
1.Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
2.Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the job
3.Good communication skill for the related project

Track latest regulatory requirements, manages & assesses & communicates accurate information on current and evolving regulatory requirements impacting existing and new products （including finished products, raw materials and packaging components etc）, as well as their labeling to ensure all related documentation complies with corporate and government requirements.
Support document folder for those PSTS, NPS within ensurDCS for local language version; as owner to establish document management rule and maintain the current specifications, (test methods when appropriate). Organize the periodic review of local PSTS, NPS to conforming to National Standards.
As coordinator to review and notify any change of PSTS, NPS derived from Corporate and deliver related information to facility function depts; Organize the translation and double check the accuracy and the correct of translation version based on English version. Initiate the related review and tracking the completion to meet Corporate Requirement.
Support for the preparation related documents for factory license application, e.g. Production Permit, maintain and update the relevant certificates as regulation.
Provides direct assistance with the registration of new and existing products in all markets supplied by the plant, including registration production specification filling to local authority e.g Enterprise standard, and Food additives etc.
Organize the annual plan of products to local regulatory agencies for product registration testing which is not performed by Wyeth, and assess the test results against local regulation, e.g GB.
Maintain and update Purchasing Specifications/Testing Specifications (PS/TS) of raw materials, NPTS of finished products, and labeling to ensure their conformance with the requirements of Corporate and target market regulatory agencies.
Coordinate the Global Contaminants Surveillance Testing Program.
General:
- Responsible for maintaining EHS working conditions practices in the own working areas
- Be knowledgeable with applicable policies, Procedures of WNC, to ensure continuous compliance to cGMP in designated areas of responsibilities.
- Support and/or finish other assignments to ensure the delivery of the overall functional objectives as required.

支持在DCS系统里建立PSTS（采购标准和测试标准），NPS（营养品产品标准）的中文版本，建立文件管理规则并维护现行标准（检测方法，如适用）。并定期对PSTS，NPS和国家标准进行比对。
协调并将集团关于PSTS和NPS的审核和变更通知到工厂相关部门。组织翻译和复查翻译版本内容的准确性。发起相关的审核并跟踪完成情况以符合集团的要求。
支持工厂证书申请所需文件，例如生产许可证，维护和更新证书。
对新产品和现有产品在所有目标市场的注册提供直接的支持，包括在当地政府机构注册产品规格，如企业标准，食品添加剂等。
组织每年一次，在政府部门进行对产品进行全项检测，并评估测试结果和法规要求有无差异，例如，国标。
维护和更新原材料的采购/测试标准，成品的NPTS和标签以确保符合集团和目标市场的法规要求。
协调全球污染物检测项目。
日常工作
- 负责维护自己工作区域内EHS方面的工作条件
- 掌握相关政策、WNC的程序要求，以确保责任区域cGMP的持续符合性
- 支持与完成分配的其他工作，以确保部门目标的有效完成
