About our client:
Our client is a multinational company specialized in industrial repair and maintenance solution provider. Due to the fast expansion in Asia. They have empower the responsibility of the office in Suzhou. Now, they are looking for senior CFO to join the team, and assist the CEO for the business growth.
Under the direction of the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for all of the fiscal activities of the company.
- Parting with senior management to provide guidance and financial support as the business continues to grow.
- Run a full finance function, develop, and lead the successful execution of the company's business plan.
- Accounting principles, procedures, and standards for the profit of the company.
- Accounts receivable management and regulatory reporting.
- Responsible for assisting the CEO for the formulation of advancing policy and make sure compliance with these policies.
- Advises the CEO on establishment and maintenance of bank and other accounts for depositing and holding of company’s funds.
- The CFO will perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Education/Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration.
- C.P.A. required
- International business experience will be crucial
- Strong leadership and management style
- Strong professionalism and ability to interact with key business heads
