职位概要Job Summary：

- Manage manufacturing processes and quality, to meet the operation goals in terms of numbers, cost, quality and delivery.

- Manage TS implementation for the cells of production.

- Be in charge of the implement of the quality system and visual reports in accordance with SOGEFI standard.

- He is the customer representative for all Quality related matters.

主要职责Main Responsibilities：

Production

- Establish, Direct and coordinate production within company policies and procedures.

- Continuously facilitate and review to achieve plant production goals must include quality, cost, and delivery.

- Plan, Validate along with the Engineering the annual capacity (Man/machine/material) and implement the same.

- Participate in the Annual budgeting exercise and monitor monthly budget.

- Ensure Operational margins are achieved as per production budget and target.

- Ensuring OEE and efficiency is gradually improving.

- Ensure proper maintenance of the machines, equipments and machine breakdown time reduction in coordination with maintenance department.

- Develop policy and practices to enhance the productivity of the workforce.

- Optimise costs and bring in cost consciousness

Quality

- Ensure that robust quality assurance systems, processes, tools and techniques are implemented for the required product quality.

- Ensure that world class manufacturing systems and processes are implemented to optimize output.

- Ensure to meet customers & plant PPM targets.

- Conduct with Quality team Customer and Supplier audit.

- Implement quality system and follow the TS and ISO 14000 Certification with the involvement of all team.

PPC

- Facilitate and review with the PPC team to set a robust planning and scheduling process

- Troubleshoot, review and support to ensure timely customer delivery.

Others

- Maintain a clean and safe plant and work environment.

- Develop a productive and harmonious work culture in the cell of production

- Responsible for internal and external customer satisfaction.

- Will attend technical review with the internal team ( Process engineering, Quality , project manager.

- Should be able to analyse any moulding, welding issue and take the appropriate action and countermeasure.

- Very quality conscious and leading the improvement plan with rigor

- Be responsible to follow all procedure and rules link to safety and environment.

任职资格Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering.

- Around 6 years of rich experience in automotive company.

- With an adequate experience in the Injection moulding process for technical parts.

- Very good written and verbal communication skills and being able to work in an international working context.

- Very good in organization.

- Have a good level on technical English .

- Technically / conceptually sound in his domain.

- Use to work with Microsoft and used to make reporting
