职位描述

1. Plan and execute sales activities & campaigns to implement company's overall sales strategy to develop new customers and meet the assigned sales target.
2. Lead sales activities with potential customers who are of strategic importance to the company; influence decision-making of the customer during the process of visits, presentations and contract negotiations.
3. Monitors the market information of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques.
4. Coach sales personnel on product knowledge, business environment, procedures and working skills which are necessary for dealing with customers; motivate team members and communicate with them about target setting, performance review and development plan.
5. Prepare sales forecast and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; analyze reasons and work on solutions for making improvement.
6. Establishes distributor and key account relationships and ensures they are managed properly.
7. Communicate with management and other teams in the company to initiate discussion and give advice on problem & solutions, internal & external cooperation, promotion plan and process optimization.
8. New project development analysis, expenses budget, developing schedule and plan controlling, report to GM about development starts of new product.
9. Contacts with WOCO headquarter about FMEA for new product, new process, technical communication, BMG release and etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering.
2. At least 10 years of solid working experience in automotive industry, be familiar with basic knowledge of plastic and rubber.
3. Result-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projects simultaneously.
4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
5. Very good command of English, both in oral and writing
6. Willing to travel extensively and frequently in china
