职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. General Management of IT Section
1) Monitor the activities of IT Section to ensure that all tasks are achieved and/or on the right track
2) Establish annual IT budget (including investments) and business plan. Implement the approved business plan and budget
3) Apply for and manage maintenance agreements, including firewall, printers, ERP, servers etc
2. Daily Operation
1) Check ERP system logs. Investigate abnormal information
2) Check status of servers and devices, including firewall, SMS server etc
3) Resolve/recover problems found above. Arrange external support, if required
4) Check anti-virus server status and keep the version of anti-virus software is updated
3. Windows Environment
1) Create/modify/delete Windows users and assign correct authority to them.
2) Design/control user authorities on clients, servers etc.
3) Ensure that the latest security updates/patches are installed on all servers and clients
4) Prepare client PCs with standard software package and resolve issues encountered by users
4. Hardware/Network
1) Design/maintain all network devices and cables
2) Install computer hardware and identify hardware problems
3) Manage/assign IP to computers, servers and network devices
4) Maintain the fiber connections within the MCIQ perimeter
5. Support Other Systems in MCIQ and Participate in IT Related Projects
1) Support the Customs E-book system
2) Support PR status
3) Support Trafax system
4) Handle support requests from QC inspectors
5) Support attendance and salary software in HR department
6) Support access control system
6. HR within IT Section
1) Train/retain qualified staff, promote good performing staff and turn around/get rid of low performers
2) Prepare and perform annual PAS with each staff in IT Section
7. Ad-hoc Projects
1) Participate in/lead ad-hoc projects
2) Support other departments/sections as and when appropriate and advantageous
8. Other General Responsibilities
1) Always comply with the company’s core values/fundamental business principles/policies/guidelines
2) Ensure you are giving support to the teams in the department
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in foreign invested company and minimum 3 years of experience within IT
2. Knowledge about ERP, Windows, AS400, and Lotus/Domino. Skilled in network maintenance, hardware/software installation, DB2/SQL database, MS office, and Java/RPG
3. Bachelor degree
4. Proactive, hardworking, willing to take responsibility, target-oriented, ability to follow-up, good at planning and keeping schedules
5. Good communication and negotiation skills, including interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural differences
6. Excellent at English speaking and writing. Fluent in Mandarin
