Qualification:
- Electrical or Mechanical related background, bachelor or master's degree
- Good English skill.
- Familiar with stamping process and tool design
- More than 3 years product design experience in connector industry
- Positive attitude and strong for stress
- Good master of Pro-E and analysis skill
- Familiar with DFMEA/QFD/DOE/GD&T
- Familiar with automotive standards and connector testing is a plus.

Responsibility:
- Resonsible for the product development of terminals and connectors for auto applications
- Work closely with Suzhou plant in the localization projects
- Work closely with the global team in platform product development
- Communicate with customers to clarify the product requirements, and provide technical support
- Provides innovative solutions to reduce product cost, improve product quality, and improve process efficiency
