Responsibilities

1. Review product enhancement requests from various sources – customer, partners, Sales & Marketing
2. Review
   enhancement requirements and conduct impact analyses. Responsible for
   completeness of requirements to ensure solution quality
3. Develop Functional Requirement Specifications for product enhancements and new product implementations
4. Coordinate
   with internal development teams to prioritise requests, monitor
   progress and deliver product enhancements and implementations
5. Develop and conduct product briefing and training to internal departments
6. Act as product specialist to be point of contact for enquiries and understanding of Cuscapi product
7. Work with product manager to implement enhancements and new products in accordance to overall product roadmap

Required skills

1. Business Analyst (min 3 years’ experience – Requirements Analysis, Application Development)
2. Understanding
   of business requirements capture and analysis. Ability to lead and
   conduct workshops to gather business requirements
3. End-to-end verification of business processes and information flows for completeness
4. Understanding of mapping business processes to IT System requirements
5. Able to verify IT system capabilities in supporting business requirements and processes
6. Data model and interface design (based on business processes)
7. Point of Sales or Food & Beverage industry experience is preferred
8. Strong communication skills – able to articulate solution design to team and clients.
9. Excellent problem solving skill
10. Experience with following technologies is preferred in translating business requirements into system requirements

• IT system screen designs & prototyping
• User Interface Design
• Microsoft .NET application development
