Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a strategic sourcing plan aligning with BU and Corporate commodity policy that to foster the highest level of commitment from suppliers to continuously improve quality and cost
2. Develop new suppliers to satisfy TE’s new business
3. Support RFQ, sample and FAI request from project department
4. Negotiate with supplier for the commercial conditions, price, incoterms, lead-time ,MOQ, payment term, VMI etc
5. Responsible to track Supplier Quality Performance and improvement. Audit key suppliers with SQE regularly
6. Maintain the contract with suppliers including purchasing agreement, quality agreement, NDA
7. Support logistic department to pull in the material or postpone the delivery schedule.
8. Work with Product, Project, Process, Quality and Logistics department to implement the engineering saving and localization


Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2.5 years of purchasing & sourcing experience,have cable experience is prefered
3.Problem-solving skills, priority setting, integrity and trust
