Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree Holder, English or mechanical design major will be preferred;
2. More than 3 years working experience in multinational corporations ;
3. Familiar with the elevator’s products;
4. Good command of oral and written English;
5. Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
6. Outgoing, customer oriented and professional customer service skills;
7. Adaptable and high responsibility, be willing to work under pressure, team-worker;
8. Good interpersonal, communication, and organizing skills; logic thinking;
9. Proactive, autonomous and initiative driven;
10. General business acumen;
11. Willing to business travel.

Responsibilities:
Supply consistent and professional customer service for key customer, so as to enhance good relationship with Key account:
1. Assist and support to the sales work of KA Manager;
2. Follow-up the projects, facilitate the coordination from relevant functions to ensure the on-time, high-quality fulfillment;
3. Executing quotation and contract, handle the order and provide the order technical or other support to KA Manager;
4. Keep the good communication with all related department of customer, and provide the effective information to KA Manager;
5. Evaluate the new project of customer, assist to finish projects documentation and report under the instruction of KA Manager;
6. Ensure on-time delivery, do timely update and follow-up the execution of order;
7. Work together with sales support team and service team, effective communication with other department to guarantee no any key customer complain;
8. Analysis order forecast from KA customer, ensure on/in time delivery and maximum customer satisfactory;
9. Collect complaints from customer, timely forward to KA Manager and CS;
10. Other works assigned by leader.
