1、建筑学、环境艺术、美术等相关专业,有较好的美术功底；有3年以上丰富的建筑效果图渲染后期制作经验；
2，按照主案设计师的要求，设计整套效果图方案，确保设计工作按计划如期完成
3，效果图制作技术性强，色彩感觉好,表现手法成熟多样，认真处理比例和角度、灯光、饰物的配置，有较强的视觉搭配和较好的审美鉴赏能力，把效果图做到最优效果
4、能独立完成项目,熟练操作Photoshop、3DMAX、AutoCAD及相关软件；
5、较强理解力、领悟能力、良好的沟通能力，很强的团队合作精神和敬业精神，成熟的心态和职业素养
