Responsibilities （主要职责）:
? 精通Flash及Flash Action Script，有较强的脚本程序编写能力;
? 熟练运用PS,AE和DW等设计软件，能做flash全站或交互式平台；
? 熟练DIV+CSS，满足W3C标准；使用AS3完成web端产品开发
? 熟悉AS与JS 语言者优先考虑；
? 具有良好的设计理念和创新意识，以及色彩感觉和审美能力，对图片渲染和视觉效果有成熟认识；
? 具备良好的理解能力和沟通能力，工作认真踏实，积极进取，团结协作，能承受较强的工作压力。
Qualification / Requirements ( 知识技能要求 ):

? 2+ years Web UI experiences designing user interfaces and web sites.
? Excellent at UI dev tools like Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Aptana
? 2+ Hands on experience with Flash, AS, JS
? excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English
? Self-motivated, quick learner, good team player, highly responsive and proactive
? Work under pressure of deadlines, be able to handle multitask effectively
? B.S or M.S or above Degree in computer science, or related disciplines

We are not a trading business. Where requested we ‘pull’ product into the market based on specific client orders & requests, not ‘push’ product into the market to sell at lowest cost. We provide bespoke, flexible solutions for our clients which can incorporate elements of both project-based (consulting) services and managed services, depending on the desired outcomes.
