工作职责
检查客户投诉，采取措施不断改进服务质量
保证为所有影响质量的基本服务和校准工作流程制定进度，并准时执行
检查当地的工作流程，通过记录变化和培训以适应当地条件和控制变化
向公司和现场管理人员提交内部质量校正行动报告，汇报质量相关事项
向项目经理提供改进质量成果的建议
监控现场质量要素，并告知现场项目经理，与其进行沟通
职位要求
大专以上学历；至少2年在物业或酒店行业的质量控制经验
