相关工作经验及技能要求
1）三年以上物业设备维修工作经验，五年以上变电设备系统运行操作、维修保养的工作经历，熟悉消防设备；
2）持有苏州市劳动局、供电局颁发的高配电上岗证、操作证。
3）初中以上学历，身体健康，年龄在25——45岁；
4）诚实信用，具有认真负责，踏实肯干的工作精神和作风，吃苦耐劳。
5）具有一定的土建、木工、水暖综合维修能力 。
6）善于沟通，待人接物亲切，和善，乐于助人，认真细致。
