As a new brand on the Chinese market with limited marketing budget we are looking for a creative brand manager with ideas and visions on how get to value for money in branding Shooting St@rZ the best possible way.

Shooting St@rZ在中国市场是一个刚刚起步的新品牌，营销推广的经费有限，因此我们希望找到一个富有创造性的品牌经理，对于如何利用有限的资源进行高回报的品牌推广有自己的想法和愿景，并能够找到切实可行的方法。

As brand manager for Shooting St@rZ your responsibility is to think through, present, plan, coordinate and organize the marketing strategy as well marketing promotions and events.

作为Shooting St@rZ的品牌经理，你主要的职责是做出当前品牌推广的详细计划，协调和组织实施我们的品牌推广战略和市场行销活动。

Your will further be working closely with the foreign GM as well the sales manager and online team coordinating promotions, activities and general branding.

你将会与我们的外籍总经理、销售经理、线上网络销售团队紧密合作，协调各项促销、活动以及常规品牌推广的各项事宜。

Requirements:岗位要求：

1. You have a college degree or above and has a minimum of 3 years experience related to B2C marketing/branding.

1. 本科及以上学历，至少3年B2C品牌推广或市场推广相关经验。

2. You have a passion for branding and enjoy working in a result oriented environment.

2. 对品牌推广有热情，乐于在一个注重工作成果的环境当中工作。

3. You have good PC skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English. CET-6 or above.

3. 良好的计算机操作水平。良好的英语听说读写能力，CET-6以上。

4. You work well both independently as well are a team player. You are detail oriented and works well under pressure during busy periods, as well are dedicated to your work.

4. 独立的工作能力，但又同时兼有良好的团队合作精神。工作有条理，在工作繁忙时有良好的抗压能力，并乐于奉献。

5. You have a creative mind, can think both small and big processes, procedures and projects through and also lead them into practice.

5. 有创造性的头脑，既善于把握宏观进程和流程，又善于考虑细节问题，并有能够把计划和想法付诸实施的能力。

6. You are open minded, eager to learn and have a positive mind and approach towards people.

6. 接受能力好，好学，工作积极，喜欢与人打交道。
