职位描述
To work closely with Ms&S department for finance analysis and support the Ms&S team for Price, Promotion analysis and Dealer’s finance control.
？ Support the Financial Controller lead financial activities about the Ms&S department and support the other
financial support for PD gatway.
？ Working with Ms&S department for the stragetic target of each vehicle and review them in quarterly, the target
should inculding, price, dealer margin, DME, VME and other sales expense, warranty, outbound.
？ Management sale expenses including all spending from Ms&S
？ Budget for each vehicle and forecast by quarterly and finished monthly analysis report as request of CFO,Deputy
CFO, Financial Controller
？ Set up the finance control process and IT process for Ms&S
？ Audit the contract about Dealer about the receive terms and contract with the finance company if necessary
？ Support the EVP to lead financial activities about the Ms&S department and support the other financial analysis
for PD gatway analysis
？ Working with Ms&S department for the stragetic target of each vehicle and review them in quarterly, the target
should inculding, price, dealer margin,DME,VME and other sales expense
？ Manage the approved any promotion for each vehicle
？ Support the Ms&S team to manage the price and profit of P&A
？ Finished monthly analysis report as request of CFO,Deputy CFO, Financial Controller
？ Manage dealer sales incentive expending reporting by program and model, check and analysis for VME
？ Support the Ms&S team for monthly report about the wholesales, retail sale, inventory in Dealer and profit
analysis about dealers.
？ Set up the process about the warranty cost and build database for warranty monthly
？ Audit the contract about Dealer about the receive terms and contract with the finance company if necessary
？ Ability to Manage/Develop./Train Finance analysts in Ms&S areas of the business – direct reports TBC.
？ Regular communication to senior leadership driving to demonstrate how we are driving issues forward.
？ Bachelors degree in business, or applicable work experience required. Advanced/Essential
？ Significant experience, 3+ years, in automobile company and experences Ms&S business plan will be plus.
