职位描述
The MP&L Plant Manager is responsible for all logistics activities within the plant including production planning, scheduling of material to the supply base, linefeed & warehousing, change management and inventory. It is his/her responsibility to ensure the right material is in the right place at the right time to ensure continuous production of premium automobiles, managing a global supply base and extended supply chain.

1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
