Responsibilities:

- Plan and headcount, spending for die maintenance section and control them
- Responsible for die daily and preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for subordinate management;
- Responsible for summary and arrangement of daily maintenance work;
- Management for tooling setting and visual management.
- Common organization of new die tryout and acceptance, improvement of stamping, hydroforming, roll forming, trimming process, solve the actual quality problems of mold;
- To develop, improve stamping die profile and specific rules, in accordance with the requirements in the specified period of time to complete the mold repair work;
- Analysis of the mold process, continuously improve and perfect process;
- Be responsible for mold stock, replacement management. And in charge of CNC daily management.
- Take the responsibility of mold project running tracking including data collection, provide proposal, information feedback etc.
- Arrange maintenance according to Production schedule;
- Make improvement plan and follow up to the mold issues.
- Other work assigned by Manager.

Requirement:

- Understanding of TPM, die modification and die using time, be familiar with metal stamping process and associated mold;
- Over 8 years related working experience, with at least 3 years in supervisor position, automotive industry preferred;
- Be familiar with high speed stamping process
- Know TS16949, can use CAD, UG;
- To organize the rectification of mold problems;
- Be good at English (oral & written);
- Outgoing personality, good communication skills and team spirit.
- BS degree and above with major on Die Design, or Mechanical design
