Main Responsibilities主要职责:

- Overall project coordination for delivery of Vehicle Dynamics performance in particular;

- Development and delivery of Dynamics vehicle and system target requirements and standards.

- Definition of test methods required.

- Raising, management and solving of cross functional issues effecting A&U and HMI.

- Benchmarking competitor vehicles

- Creating a consolidated status for Project milestone & weekly report outs.

- Detailed management & reporting of Vehicle Dynamics test activities (virtual & physical).

- Strategic planning for the development of the A&U and HMI department within Vehicle Engineering

- Capable of Vehicle Dynamics evaluation.

- Interrogation of Vehicle Dynamics CAE analysis.

Main Requirements 主要要求：

1. Knowledge of Vehicle target Setting for Durability and reliability

2. Good knowledge of vehicle dynamics theory and data analysis, plus how this relates to vehicle level behaviour

3. Experience of solving complex technical issues using a structured approach

4. Very good communication, project management and presentation skills

5. Over 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Dynamics with a multinational OEM.

6. Driving License

7. Experience of Vehicle Dynamics Subjective and Objective Testing
