职位描述
1. In charge of financial/operational analysis and reporting and ensure the financial information is reliable and truthful, and take the regular base report to AP Headoffice within the requested deadlines. (e.g monthly/quarterly financial/operational review and forecast).
Oversee accounting processes including billing, payables, payroll and month-end closing, ensuring accurate account reconciliations and account analysis.
Ensure compliance with all appropriate local statutory regulations and versus US GAAP (generally accepted accounting principals) for reporting.
2. Handle banking/treasury and credit control functions as required. Deal with the Tax authorities when in need. Keep strict tax compliance and as well initiate effective taxation plan for the entity.
3. Work with the business leaders for cost and expense control and productivity improvement.
4. Build up strong finance team. Provide effective coach and training. Take regular base assessment and development communication with the key team members.
5. Ad-hoc projects for business development.
6. Lead internal control and risk management (incl SOX compliance). Implementation and maintenance of rigorous operational controls and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirement.
7. Work closely and support General Manager on all business and strategic decision-making. Evaluate the P & L performance of the business. Provide effective operational analysis and strategic recommendation for the entity's management and AP management team. Prepare budgets; perform in depth financial analysis of various business scenarios (business case study), working with multiple currencies; identify business trends and opportunities.
8. Initiate, drive and monitor action plans to improve cash flow performance.
Maximize cash position based on proactively managing and reducing both working and invested capital.
Key Competencies:
Strong finance and accounting experience. Possess advanced and well-rounded technique skills in finance, accounting and taxation.
Possess strong analytical and research skills and a good knowledge of manufacturing operations. A solid understanding of major factors which will directly result in an organization's profitability, and hold proactive attitude to work cross functionally to drive operational excellence.
Possess good knowledge and implementation skills in internal control (incl Sarbanes Oxley Act) and risk management.
Computer literated. Familiar with today's major ERP system applications and databases. Excellent skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong communication skills in English and/or Mandarin. Possess strong skills in coordination with cross functional departments and business heads.
Self-motivated, like to drive changes with a sound understanding of the India business culture and be able to handle effectively in facing with challenges.
Keen to dive into details and be capable of pointing out key issues and manage with focus.
Strong people skill with competent leadership capability.
Strong business acumen with strategic thinking capability.
