Job Description

1. Lead the SW team to achieve project QCD (Good Quality, best Cost, Delivery schedule Performance).

● Plan, Coordinate, Control and Steer the Project Activities & SW project team.

● Coordination with BSW (Base Software) development team in Germany & India.

● Communicate Requirements

● Track and re-plan software project

● Manage technical debt

● Quality Gate

● Plan software for delivery

● Release software for delivery

2. Configuration Management

3. Change Management

4. Variant Management & Product Line Engineering

Qualifications

(1). 5+ years technical expirence embeded SW development (ideally automotive)

(2). Good Knowledge in A-SPICE

(3). 1+ project SW PM experiece, including Classic Project Management (project management fundamental, leading by content in software engineering)

(4). Knowledge in Agile Project Management

Languages: Fluent in English, desirable fluent in German also

Education: Bachelor+ degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
