Job Summary 职位概述:

 

Provide efforts on recruiting/training/staffing, as well as other HR functions based on Corporate ’s standard and business needs.

Main Responsibilities 主要职责:

 

-       Be responsible for the recruitment for all level positions, to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment

-       Work with HR BP and line managers to understand the business requirement on recruitment

-       Select the suitable channel and post the positions to the internal and external channels

-       Make and coordinate the overall interview arrangement, provide consultancy to the line managers throughout the process

-       Do the offer communication and prepare offer letter after identifying the final candidates

-       Coordinate with HR Business Partners and other operation department to ensure new employee on boarding process be conducted smoothly

-       HR Support Database and Talent Database maintenance

 

Training:

-       Coordinate with other function leader to conduct the NEO training program for all new employees.

-       Responsible for training records management.

-       Other additional tasks as assigned by Superior.

Qualifications / Requirements 任职资格/要求:

 

1.       Education: Bachelor degree above

2.       Experience: At least 2 years of recruiting / training experiences with a combination of headhunter experience is preferred.

3.       Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of the organization.

4.       Excellent interview and assessment skills, knowledge.

5.       Knowledge of HR related policies and laws.

6.       Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player.

7.       Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
